I nominated Kelly because she is one of the more innovative teachers I've ever seen in her use of technology and the way that she sets up her classroom. She really, truly feels that technology is not just a tool to help kids but it really is a tool to empower kids.

* what people need to do the jobs they want in the future.

Are they coached through their career development?
So think positive and engage your team in their own learning. The key factors are: involvement; discussion; business needs and personal aspirations; not just "training" but "learning"; and joint decision-making. That can mean joint success for you and your people.
